Yamato Scale Middle East Branch exhibited Dataweigh AlphaTM with pre-made packaging machine, made by Qingdao Yilong Packaging Machinery, at Gulfood Manufacturing 2016. Hunter Foods showed interest in our turnkey system at the exhibition. While preliminary tests with Hunter Foods at our warehouse was satisfactionary in all aspects such as packaging speed, accuracy and packaging conditions, etc., both parties still had many technical discussions to avoid any possible problems.  Many characteristics and specifications of the products to be packed had to be verified carefully. After about 1 year, Yamato Dataweigh Alpha AdvanceTM ADW-A-0314SL, throat metal detector YD3-150CD and Yilong YL-8SW were assembled at Yilong’s factory in Qingdao in January 2018 for FAT. After the final approval from Hunter Foods, the total system was installed in their factory at the Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai in April 2018.  Since then, it has been working flawlessly.
